At LF Göinge-Kristianstad, you will become an important part of a caring and dedicated team where we care for each other, our customers, and our community. We believe in working closely, with heart and joy – and we are proud of our strong local roots and the good atmosphere at work. Here we help each other, celebrate successes together, and support one another when needed.
One of our property technicians is retiring, and we are now looking for an experienced and responsible colleague to take care of our properties – primarily office and commercial spaces. The person will play an important role in ensuring that our properties are in excellent condition and that tenants' needs are met. If you have experience in property management and are passionate about creating a safe and pleasant environment, you may be the person we are looking for.
Job Description
Our offices and properties are an important part of our brand, and we value that both customers and employees receive a professional impression and treatment. As a property manager at LF Göinge-Kristianstad, you will, together with our competent team, be a central part of the operation.
The role is varied and includes both practical and administrative tasks, both indoors and outdoors. You will be responsible for the daily and long-term operation of our offices, premises, and properties, which involves maintenance and upkeep, some care of outdoor environments, and monitoring and adjusting ventilation, cooling, and heating, as well as providing service to tenants and employees.
You will be the contact person for suppliers, handle the purchase of office and property materials, archive and update documentation, and establish routines and structures. The job involves daily contact with tenants, suppliers, and colleagues, and you will work from the property technicians' office with access to a service vehicle during working hours.
During renovations, you will be an important link between contractors and tenants, where you will be responsible for accessibility and ongoing issues that arise during the project. You will also provide support during internal events and contribute to creating a safe and well-functioning work environment.
Who are you?
To succeed in this role, we need you to be positive, driven, and responsible. You enjoy developing together with your colleagues and have the ability to work independently while being willing to make decisions within given frameworks. Your strength lies in seeing opportunities and acting on them – you make sure that things happen!
You are structured and can easily organize and prioritize your work, as well as build structures and routines that others can work from. It comes naturally to you to take your own initiatives in your work and identify needs in the operation. Since the role is broad and varied, it is important that you are flexible, have a good ability to collaborate, and can easily adapt your working methods to changing conditions and tasks.
You are service-minded and enjoy working with technology and various systems, and you see opportunities to streamline where possible. In this role, you will have contact with both tenants and employees, which requires you to have a good ability to collaborate and express yourself well in both spoken and written communication.
Digitalization and technological development also require you to be flexible and interested in the ongoing developments.
